As Director of Operations for VCCAR, Chandler brings a results-driven approach shaped by more than five years of experience leading teams, optimizing systems, and driving organizational efficiency. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grand Canyon University, he blends a background in performance science with a passion for strategic leadership—streamlining workflows, enhancing member experiences, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
